Why Not Exhibit or Visit a Food Gusto Food & Drink Festival just off the M42 this Summer?

There’s a fantastic new Food Gusto Food & Drink Festival happening this Saturday 25 May, from 10.30 to 4.00pm, on the Bath Grounds, Ashby de la Zouch.

Demonstrations are taking place by Teresa Bovey and local producers and there will be ample opportunities to sample the products.

With over 50 exhibitors already booked we are still happy to hear from specialist producers wanting to attend. There will be the usual successful mix of great food & drink, music, arts and entertainment as well as the Food Gusto demonstration kitchen.

In its second year this one day event will take place on Solihull High Street, alongside the popular Jazz & Blues Festival adding to the groove.

The Town will be hosting its 3rd food festival on Saturday 25 May 2013 and it will be a day packed full of delicious events including cookery demonstrations, food stalls and street entertainment.

Free Bakery Training Course for SMEs at Campden BRI

As part of an EU-funded project, Campden BRI is funding a free bakery training course on Tuesday 28 to Thursday 30 May. The course has been designed to cover ingredients and technologies important to the baking industry, and there will be a mixture of presentations and practical exercises. The course will also use other media to demonstrate some ingredient functionality.

Business Continuity Seminar at Campden BRI

A Campden BRI seminar entitled Threats, withdrawals and risks - business continuity, will tell you what to do, and where to go when a crisis arises.

Apprenticeships - Invitation to a Seminar about Meeting the Local Demand

This breakfast event has been organised to help employers learn more about the benefits of employing an apprentice, the financial support available to them and how to start the recruitment process to get the right apprentice for their business.

It will also be an opportunity to meet the local training providers and network with other local employers.
