In a past life Simon Smith cooked for Prince Charles and Princess Diana (on separate occasions of course) travelled a lot, and won various cheffy awards. Simon now runs a cookery school in Shropshire, a paradise for food where everywhere you look it's growing, grazing or being turned into Michelin stars!
