Hands on Indian Cookery with Anita Sharma- James

Learn how to create fabulous Indian starters and breads under the expert guidance of Anita Sharma-James in this hands-on cookery session. Anita will be talking about authentic Indian food, her cookery school and her recent experience making a TV advert with celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. She will also be bringing with her copies of her newly published recipe book, 'A Life of Spice – Raksha’s Story'.
