An African-Caribbean Cookery Demonstration and Supper
19 April (Thursday 7.00pm - 9.30pm)
Christiana Annancy is originally from Ghana where she developed her passion for African-Caribbean foods, she has recently realised her dream by launching Mukaase Foods, mukaase meaning kitchen, which she produces in her kitchen in Shropshire.
Christiana will demonstrate how she makes her delicious traditional meals such as Jollof rice served with either spicy grilled jerk chicken breast, spicy grilled lamb, and spicy grilled pork.
£30 per person to include an African-Caribbean supper.
