Learn how to make gourmet scotch eggs with a Shropshire twist using free-range local eggs, local pork sausage meat and other local ingredients to create some delicious gourmet ‘Shropshire’ eggs, the perfect item for a picnic or lunch box. Our chef will demonstrate how to make them before you have a go at creating your own favourites. Take home your finished eggs along with the recipes.
