This one day course aims to give a practical overview and understanding of the technical requirements of ISO 22000 and makes comparisons against the Codex HACCP Principles and the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
The course is workshop based to allow delegates to focus on the fundamental requirements of ISO 22000 and enable them to interpret and implement the requirements in any organisation in the food chain.
