Level 2 Award in HACCP - June

The aim of this one-day course is to ensure a basic knowledge and understanding of the importance of HACCP as a preventive food safety management system, which can be applied to all sectors of the food industry.

Who should attend
The course is recommended for anyone working in a food related environment that requires an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of HACCP.

Course content
The course is informal and will cover topics including:
• Food safety management
• Hazards
• Benefits of HACCP
• Prerequisites for HACCP
• Implementation
• Monitoring
• Definitions

A course book and will be provided to you prior to the course. The course will be tailored as far as possible to delegates work environment.

Duration
The course is approximately 6 hours long and conducted during one day. The examination is a multiple-choice test 45 minutes long taken on the same day.

Qualification
All successful candidates will receive the Nationally Recognised Foundation Certificate in HACCP Principles.

£60.00 per person inclusive of workbook, course materials, registration and certification
