SMEs Survey for a European project
Campden BRI is involved in an EU project that aims to develop a web based software tool for the prediction of product safety, quality and shelf life of ready-to-eat products, called SOPHY.
The project will not only develop predictive and probabilistic models, but will also aim to compile information about different processing techniques, product formulations (e.g. clean labels), environmental conditions (e.g. modified atmosphere packaging) as well as hygiene, quality and safety management.
SMEs are asked to provide feedback on whether they would be interested in such software. Companies that are interested are being asked to provide information on the sorts of features they would value in the software and details of any particular technical issues where they would value more support in terms of information sheets.
A small survey has been generated to gather some of this information. The project’s organisers would be extremely grateful if interested companies could provide responses. The link below will direct you straight to the survey which should take about 10 minutes to complete.
