Shellfish Course with Fish in a Box
16 June (Saturday 9.00am – 2.00pm)
This course tackles all you need to know about preparing and serving shellfish with lots of top tips and helpful hints. This is a practical course with participants reproducing each of the techniques demonstrated.
£95 per person to include a main course lunch with a glass of wine and the shellfish to take home that you have prepared during the morning
