LOCAL FOOD STORE

The Local Food Store, our retail outlet at the Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre is now open. The Savour the Flavour shop is a flagship store for our Savour the Flavour retail partnership and stocks products from HEART of ENGLAND fine foods’ members, most of which are currently used within the TASTE kitchen restaurant. 

The outlet complements the current Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre offer and further promote the fabulous food and drink from the region by providing diners in the TASTE kitchen, delegates from the conference centre and visitors to the demonstrations and events with an opportunity to buy from a range of locally produced food and drink, including that produced on site by the producers in the twelve production units.

Opening hours:
The Local Food Store is open from 8.30am to 6pm from Monday to Thursday, until 5pm on Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

The TASTE kitchen is open from 8.30am to 6pm from Monday to Thursday, until 5pm on Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays, serving breakfast and lunches as well as being open for members of the public to drop in for a cup of coffee. 

The Local Food Store and the TASTE kitchen are located at the Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre in Vanguard Way, Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury, SY1 3TG.
