De Minimis State Aid

As some of the funding HEFF administers falls under the category of De Minimis State Aid, we are obliged to check that beneficiaries have not received more than €200,000 in State Aid over a 3-year rolling period.  We will ask producer members to confirm this on various booking and monitoring forms. 

Please refer to the attached information and let us know if you are not eligible to receive further De Minimis State Aid.
