To celebrate National Vegetarian week we will be joined by Our Lizzy from Malvern. Lizzy will demonstrate quick and easy yet healthy, nutritious, meat free meals such as white bean and wild garlic dip and English fava bean pate, golden chick pea tagine with bulgar wheat and fresh herb salads and to finish rich chocolate brownies with boozy berries.

A Saturday morning foodie talk by Fiona Asson. Fiona will talk about the confusing issue of fish ‘sustainability’, what to buy and not to buy, when and how.

A demonstration of simple and delicious ways by HEFF Chef Danny to cook asparagus, the spears of which are prized for their delicacy, nutrition and health benefits.

A skills masterclass in the TASTE kitchen. During this hands on evening session you will learn how to cut, bone and prepare a whole chicken, you will stuff the thighs and also learn some different vegetable cuts and styles.

Learn the art of making a champion pork pie with the experts. Join Walter Smiths' expert butcher and HEFF chef Danny, who will take you through the process of pork pie making, then make your own pie  which will be yours to take home and enjoy.
